Director of Operations (Home Healthcare) Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - A premier home health services provider located in New York is expanding their program and is now searching for a Director of Operations to oversee several of their home health locations. The Director of Operations will collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure high-level of client service, clinical excellence and follow the policy and procedures for this healthcare organization. The Director of Operations will oversee the home health services for the New York area and is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
BSN or MHA a plus
3 to 5 years of proven, progressive experience in home health care
Must have experience working in a private pay, home health care setting
5 to 7 years of management experience in the health care field
Ability to develop strong client relationships and project management experience
Track record of exceeding goals and targets
