The Chef Manager is responsible for both front and back of the house operations. Our restaurant, Josephine's Kitchen, serves 3 meals a day with a full a-la-cart menu and supports a self-serve snack bar for the seniors during the day. WE OFFER: State of the Art Kitchen.
