Sales Representative Sandblasting Job Opening in Saint Paul, Minnesota - You will serve a diverse range of customers to build a robust book of position is primarily responsible for developing relationships with clients in order to sell our blasting and industrial coatings services, as well as troubleshoot customer problems.
Once the relationship with clients is developed and the sale has been secured, you monitor field operations to ensure the job progresses as it was bid and work to ensure that issues are dealt with so that the customer feels comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
In order to ensure that you?re familiar with the techniques, equipment and methods Fresh Blast Inc uses in the course of business, you should be prepared to spend some time observing in the field.
To be clear, we are looking for a active sales person. This person should be comfortable diving into ?cold? sales situations, getting past the gatekeeper and making a connection. Once the connection is made, educating them on what blasting can do for them and why they should trust us with their business.
This position is responsible for the following:
Make visits to potential new clients
Establish new business
Track origination of incoming calls
Organize sales visits
Identify new potential customers and/or markets
Utilize CRM software to manage leads and contact
Become familiar with marketing and resources for sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
Build lasting relationships with clients
Learn and live our Core Values
Become familiar with our ?Proven Process? and implement it
Become proficient with the policies of Fresh Blast
The qualified person for this job will:
Have experience in sales
Preferred: Experience selling services
Preferred: Experience in a construction setting
Estimating experience
Have excellent, proactive communication skills, so that the desired outcomes are accurately transferred to the people doing the job, and so the progress on all jobs is communicated effectively back to the client.
Have a fire and drive to achieve their sales goals
Have stong time management skills
Ensure all details are covered in both the bid and the execution of the work.
