Position Overview
In this role you will be responsible for enthusiastically welcoming all guests, answering all questions, and generally managing the customer's experience in the most positive way through charismatic knowledge of our product.

You should have a passion for vehicles and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences. What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
20 Million Dollar New + PreOwned Inventory
A positive, enthusiastic, and passionate mindset
An ability to engage any and all customers in stimulating conversation
Strong communication skills
An ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple way
Convert foot traffic, referrals, in-coming calls, and internet leads to sales
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Represent Town & Country Ford in a professional and responsible manner
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
What are the requirements for this job?
Customer service, sales background helpful, but not necessary. We will train you
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
A positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Computer literacy, organizational skills, follow-up skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Must have a professional appearance
Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years clean driving record
