Flooring Sales - Business Development Job Opening in Suwanee, Georgia - Position: Flooring Sales ? Business Development
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide the highest level of customer service by actively listening to builders wants and desires.
Provide builders with product information, knowledge of applications, pricing information, warranty information, set expectations for installation and long term care instructions.
Accurately measure homes for correct square footage.
Accurately enter project estimates and orders into database.
Knowledge of builder and new home construction industry
Prospecting
Initiate following up with builders.
Reach set sales goals.
Communicate internally with Scheduler, Purchaser, Warehouse, and Installers about all aspects pertaining your projects.
Attend Product Knowledge/ Technical training when scheduled.
Assist in other duties as needed.

Flooring industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft office and database software.
Hours of operation : Monday ? Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 10AM to 4PM (will be required to work 1 or 2 Saturdays a month) Sunday Closed

College diploma is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years experience working in sales or 1 year outside sales.
Experience with the new home construction industry.
