We have a career position open for a self-motivated professional with business and sales management!
Southern Idaho RV & Marine is one of Keystone?s leading dealerships for Hideout RVs & Bullet Travel Trailers. Our Marine side consists of Mirrocraft boats and Montego Bay Pontoons. We also have a wide variety of used boats and trailers. We have an unconventional approach to sales where our sales team manages their sales, trade ins, and their own marketing and advertising.
We offer competitive wages (Sales Managers typically make 80-100K a year), health accounts, paid holidays, and paid vacation/personal time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop your marketing for advertising on new/used RVs & Boats
Maintain your marketing and presence in the Marketplace
Process your trade ins through company employees
Sell new and pre-owned RV's and Boats.
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, social media, referrals, etc.).
Manage a customer sales log
Maintain working relationship with clientele after the sale
Perform other duties as needed throughout the dealership.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Full operation of dealership vehicles and equipment
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Valid driver?s license with good insurable driving record.
Excellent telephone skills and closing sales.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail and paperwork oriented.
Computer skills including but not limited to: , Facebook, amongst other social media sites
