Director of Clinical Document Improvement Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Located in Louisville, KY the Director of Clinical Documentation Improvement manages the day-to-day operations of all CDI activities across all practices within the Baptist Health Medical Group. The Director manages the review of the overall quality and completeness of provider clinical documentation, professional billing and risk adjustment code selection. Provides analysis of data to identify potential issues and their root causes.
Requires a Bachelor?s degree, BSN, BSHIA, or comparable preferred. CCS, CCDS, CDIP, or CRC required. Must have 5 years? experience in outpatient coding or auditing in a physician practice network or consulting firm.
