Paralegal (Senior level) Job Opening in new york, New York - Paralegal (Senior level) Central NJ employer seeking qualified paralegal who will work under the direction of in-house corporate attorney, to conduct research and resolve legal questions; engage in a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to those calling for judgment and independent initiative; review, edit and prepare draft agreements for attorney review on a wide range of business arrangements which include but are not limited to service agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, outside sales representative agreements, licensing agreements and other commercial agreements; document searches, reviews and productions in response to subpoena and other processes; and perform other functions as required. Required Skills/Experience -- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; Considered experienced, but still a learner. -- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -- Commitment to team work. --Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. -- Commitment to confidentiality. -- Microsoft Office Suite. -- Paralegal certificate and prior paralegal experience in a corporate legal office, law firm, or government legal department.
