Sales Lead Job Opening in San Francisco, California - Sendwithus is looking for a Sales Lead to build out our sales team. We are looking for a leader who has experience scaling sales teams in a startup environment with a player/coach mentality. This position has a lot of space for creativity and independence. You will be partnering with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales processes, decrease closing times, and increase overall customer success.
The Sales Lead is directly responsible for the success of the Sales Team. Having prior experience in enterprise sales and team leadership will be an invaluable asset in this role. You will be managing and mentoring all aspects of the sales team from the Account Executives, to Account Managers and SDRs. You will be working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success Team Leads to ensure all teams are working together to ensure success.
In Your First 3 Months, You Will...
Become an expert on the Sendwithus feature set and demo it in its entirety.
Analyze our customer, market, and competitors, to discover differentiators of Sendwithus vs the market.
Build and implement a mentoring plan and check-in schedule for Account Executives and Sales Development Reps to increase our competitive intelligence.
Work directly with the CEO, AEs and SDR to develop strategies and processes to improve upon the current sales cycle and pipeline, and establish aggressive but attainable goals.
Embody high standards of data integrity through accurate Salesforce reporting and forecasting.
Observe the Sendwithus sales process to determine sales funnel leakage and provide creative solutions to optimize both short-term and long-term strategies.
In Your First 12 Months, You Will...
Lead the Sales team in successfully closing enterprise deals.
Partner with the Marketing team to target new markets, territories and partnerships that add value to our sales cycle.
Be heavily involved in developing the sales team within the company, including hiring practices and recruitment strategies.
Increase your team's win rate from 25% to 40%.
Cultivate a dynamic team of AEs that closes deals consistently and ACV is increasing 15% QoQ.
Set quarterly goals, implement new strategies and define targets to report to the Executive team.
