Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provide customer services support by answering questions; forwarding messages to the dedicated
Create spreadsheets of prospective client data and manage leads data
Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly
Assist in business development activities, such as direct mailings, prepare for meetings
Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information. (per approval)
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Prepare and distribute monthly reports on client information such as daily call reports and weekly work plans
Assist in maintaining relationship with existing Franchisees by proactively contacting them via e-mail
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor?s degree or 2 years of relevant experience
Passion in sales; prior sales, customer relation or relevant experience is a plus
Excellent writing and computer (Microsoft Office) skills
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skill
Customer-focused
Attention to details
