The what?s of the job:
This is for a maintenance coordinator, possible multi-location coordinator.
Candidate would communicate with tenants, owners and vendors.
Ideal candidate has a positive attitude and an obsession for outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking on the phone with clients and trouble-shooting various household maintenance issues. Candidate should have comprehensive computer skills (Apple Products, Word, Excel, Google, Chrome, Property Management software experience a huge plus).
A strong ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and an understanding of how to prioritize workload are extremely important. 1-2 years of coordinating experience are a plus! A self motivated individual with a team player mindset is crucial, as well excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Facilitating and tracking maintenance work orders
Taking all tenant maintenance requests
Creation of work orders
Scheduling for the maintenance techs
Ensuring vendors and techs are on schedule and on budget
Reviewing property evaluations, periodic, move ins, and move outs
Managing Turnovers and ensuring all are happening as needed
Communicating to owners and tenants on a regular basis
Answering and making telephone calls
Creating and responding to emails
Logging and responding to voice mail
Verifying invoices before being processed
Some simple accounting
Office duties: filing, running errands, posting notices, running to the post office
Some minor accounting duties may be required
Special projects
This job is Monday through Friday. Preferred schedule is starting at 8:30 AM ? but schedule can be flexible to accommodate the ideal candidate.
