Operations Managers Assistant & Bookkeeping Clerk Job Opening in Cedar City, Utah - Job Summary:
Duties include: work closely with accounting and operations manager, record day to day financial transactions, verify transactions are recorded and create financial reports.
In addition to working with the accounting manager, the assistant will be trained for order fulfillment and inventory management.
Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are requirements for this position. The ideal candidate needs to be reliable, capable of quickly learning processes and procedures and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Compensation:
Starting pay $10 - $15 per hour depending on experience.
Strong benefit package including health plan options.
Job Requirements:
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail mandatory
Good data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attendance
Positive service minded attitude
Hours:
Minimum 40 hours a week with some overtime work available. Occasionally, overtime will be mandatory.
Note:
Job performance determines continued employment, pay increases and promotions.
