Position Description Duties will include server and network support as well as phone technical support at all levels with a strong focus on customer service. Team members in this position are responsible for workstation/printer setup and troubleshooting as well as server maintenance and troubleshooting. To be successful, the applicant must have advanced working knowledge of personal computers and networking concepts to include past and present software packages/operating systems. The successful applicant must obtain A+ or Network+ certification and Microsoft Certified Professional certification within 120 days of employment if they do not already have them. Lightspeed Consulting will pay for these passing exams. After-hours work may be required on occasion and you should be able to lift 50 pounds when having to install or service network related equipment. The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $55,000 depending on your previous experience and skill level. Desired Qualifications ? 3-5 years of professional experience in a technical support role ? Experience in supporting Windows XP / 7 workstations and/or Macs in a small to medium size business environment ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
