Tax Analyst Job Opening in Duluth, Georgia - RTC Associates, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Tax Analyst to join our team in Duluth, GA.
Position Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing sales/use tax returns for various clients, communicating with clients and tax authorities on a regular basis, responding to notices from various tax jurisdictions with proof of payment, mailing, etc., understanding and applying policies from tax quality control documents and performing other duties as needed or assigned by supervisory personnel.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
Superior Client service focus
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)
Initiative and flexibility in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving abilities.
Account reconciliation experience preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills - deadline driven.
Proficient in Excel, Access and Word
High level oral and written communication
Assists in the continuous development and implementation of improvements to the internal reporting system
