Title: Senior Lightning Developer/Technical Lead
Skills (Top 3 skills):
Salesforce Development ( Dev Certified) in preferably Healthcare,
Lightning App Builder & Components, and
Apex/Visual force
Technical Lead/Developer
Would like strong Technical Lead who can also do development work and lead a large team of developers. The development team will take the overall business process analysis and design to build a custom CPQ application using SF Classic, Lightning, Skuid, and Conga composer. There will be a lot of apex code (VF, Classes, Triggers, Webservices) and Lightning Components which are the primary skills needed.
They need to be onsite to participate in Sprint planning and grooming sessions
Work with TA and assist with environment management activities between sandboxes and other misc. developer tasks
Provide day-to-day Management of the technical work efforts
Define solution approach to Salesforce implementation
Perform quality reviews of team's deliverables
Expert in salesforce Lightning, Aura, Apex development & SLDS
Perform development as capacity permits, which includes:
o Aura custom component development
o Salesforce Lightning Builder
o Salesforce Lightning Components understanding and usage
o Javascript, Remote Objects or Javascript Remoting/events, JQuery.
o CSS and SCSS
o Salesforce Static Resources ? Setup and usage of lightning apps and embedding in VF pages.
o Front end dynamic HTML and responsive web design (using SDLS or css/media queries)
o Apex / Visualforce/ SOQL development experience
Experience working on Agile teams (Scrum).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
5+ years hands-on leading development teams Salesforce products
Expertise in at least three OOP language (Apex, Visual Force, Java, C#, C++,PHP, Ruby, Scala, Python, etc.)
Substantial experience with client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.)
Proven ability to create enterprise-scale application designs using proven industry patterns and best practices
Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Motivated worker with the proven ability to be productive in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Recommended Qualifications
Experience in leading software development teams and mentoring junior developers is strongly recommended
Experienced in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies
Experience developing on the Salesforce Platform, particularly in developing managed packages as a part of the ISV Partner Program
Excellent written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
