Software Engineer with Ellucian Banner Job Opening in New Haven, Connecticut - Excellent attitude, oral and written communication skills. 4+ years of Java/J2EE or Spring Framework experience. Proven experience with Oracle, SQL Servers or other databases and utilizing Oracle development tools such as TOAD, PL/SQL, Mod PL/SQL, Pro*C. Experience with Git/Subversion version control systems. Experience with automated unit testing technologies (Such as JUnit, or similar). Excellent ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent organization skills, specifically with assigned tasks and use of time. Experience with ETL tools to extract, transform and load different data models. Develop operating reports, drill-down dashboards, and analytics from different data sources. Skills should include monitoring, analyzing, and verifying data to ensure data integrity including troubleshooting and resolving data problems, knowledge of complex SQLs.
