Territory Sales Manager- Home Health Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Home Health Territory Director of Sales:
We have the most aggressive compensation structure in the industry (base and commission). You will only be responsible for work within your territory, minimizing your drive time, allowing you to see more physicians per day, and to earn have extensive existing relationships that will drive referrals to the Home Health Agency (10+ monthly new starts/referrals).
Job Requirements: We seek exceptional, success driven sales professionals who either have existing relationships they can immediately contribute relationships/book of referrals. who can service our Home Health & Palliative patients in Los Angeles, Orange County and the surrounding communities (Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Mid Wilshire, Downtown LA, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Glendale, Culver City, Brentwood, Malibu, West Los Angeles, and more).
Responsibilities :
Develop referral sources targeting hospitals, SNF?s, senior communities, medical clinics, physicians, etc., to generate admissions.
Develop Marketing Plan for new or existing territory and conduct educational in-services to promote our superior home care services.
Generate referrals and continuously grow referral stream from current and new customers within a defined territory.
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge in the field, including governmental agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitors? market positioning.
Participate in community, professional and educational outreach activities.
Network with other referral sources; such as union and retiree groups.
Meet established census goals.
Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
Other duties as assigned.
:
Minimum 3-5 years? experience in Home Health/Hospice Agency marketing management
Strong understanding of physician practices and how they relate to the hospital.
Must have a valid driver?s license and current automobile insurance.
Ability to manage payer mix of patients.
Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Must be comfortable with making cold calls.
Must have a proven, successful sales track record.
Experience in the Home Health is a must, and the successful candidate will have demonstrable, established referral sources in the (base + commission) is extremely competitive and will be based on experience and skills. Profit sharing available for the right candidate.
