Mortgage Banker Trainee:
Our Mortgage Banker Trainees begin their career doing phone-based lead generation so that they can hone and refine the sales skills they will need as Mortgage Bankers. After demonstrating their effectiveness in generating leads, they are considered to go into our Mortgage Licensing program, where we pay for their training to be a Mortgage Banker. Once they have secured their licenses with our help, they become a mortgage professional with uncapped income potential!
We have Mortgage Bankers who have been with us for under a year and are already making five figures each month (they had zero mortgage experience when they started with us)!
The Job:
No experience necessary
Entry-level sales position in the Real Estate Finance industry
Inbound and outbound calling with people who are prequalified for loans
Transfer interested clients to Mortgage Bankers
