Valet Parker - Full & Part Time Job Opening in york, Pennsylvania - Valet Parker - Full & Part Time The right people for this position have fun dealing with the public, display an enthusiastic personality, can handle a high-paced environment, and have good common sense. The right member of our Valet Parking Team can help the whole Team to earn great tips by consistently providing excellent SERVICE to our Guests. You must already know how to drive a manual transmission, a stick shift. You must be in good shape because you will be running up stairs to retrieve cars throughout your shift. You must always show our Guests that you are being careful and treating their car with the utmost respect. Hours can vary. Shifts can start at 6am, 7am, 11am, 3pm, 4pm or 6pm. Shifts often end at 10:30pm but can go as late as 1am. Shifts can vary from 3 hours to 8 to 10 hours depending on the level of business on a given day. Occasionally, we may ask you to do a split shift. If you are going to school and want anywhere from 12 to 25 hours per week, we can accommodate that. If you are not in school, we can arrange for 30 to 40 hours most weeks. Weekends are often the busiest time so please be ready to work on Saturday and Sunday - both day shifts and evening shifts. The wage rate is $5.25 per hour plus your share of the tips that are pooled with other Team members.
