Set the customer service example at all times. Assure customer service is the #1 priority within store.
Greet, assist and thank every customer. Customer Service is Priority One.
Cover the sales floor which entails all customers are , told of promotions, and ensure the six steps to customer service are being utilized.
Perform all Point-of-Sale transactions, including cash register and phone system.
Develop and convey a working knowledge of brand products.
Ensure checkout area is well stocked with supplies.
Wrap and bag customer purchases.
Process special orders for customers, including UPS.
Assist in the processing of shipments, including unloading, counting merchandise, ticketing, product placement and storage.
Operate all ware-handling equipment as directed (predicated on state laws for minors).
Supervise shift to ensure POG?s and directives are followed.
Support promotional activity and add-on sales opportunities.
Insure confidentiality of company operating procedures, salary structure, and operating margins.
Follow safe work practices.
Report all associate accidents and customer incidents as they occur.
Notify supervisor of problems when they occur.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
