The ideal candidate will be highly money motivated, driven and confident. While prior experience is helpful, it is more important to have the drive to be successful! If you are outgoing, confident, highly money motivated and just looking for the right may be the job for you!
Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls on highly qualified leads (requests for quotes)
Inbound calls and existing customer call backs.
Engage, consult and close sales calls for home security and automation products
Collaborate for successful fulfillment and excellent customer service
Update accounts in CRM
Administrative and reporting duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Prior inside sales experience preferred (but not required)
Experience in the home security and automation industry a plus
Excellence customer service skills and sales aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High degree of professionalism
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Compensation: $8-$10/hr Base wage PLUS commissions, average first year reps earn $50-60K. Top Earners $100K+, Uncapped commission potential.
Position is Full Time, with some flexibility of scheduling. 7-4 pm and 11-8 pm shifts available.
