Staff Accountant Job Opening in North Billerica, Massachusetts - Established 30+ year old overhead electrical construction company is seeking a self starter with strong administrative and bookkeeping and/or accounting skills. This is a part time position with a minimum of 28 hours. The office setting is small casual but professional.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll preparation and processing through Evolution PR system, AR, AP and cash expense tracking. Tracking various project related costs, maintaining on-line safety initiatives and DOT Reporting. Producing weekly reports, file management and answering phones.
Qualified candidates must have strong organizational skill, be proficient with MS Office and Quickbooks. Ability to work independently a plus.
Salary based on experience.
