HR Data Analyst Job Opening in Wilmington, Delaware - Job Skills and Requirements:
Computer Skills:
Ability to manage data & create reports using MS Excel and familiarity of database concepts is a must. A background using MS Access or SQL databases is a plus but not required.
Attention to Detail: Be vigilant in handling of data to be able cross check your own work to reduce the probability of data errors to an absolute minimum. Ability to focus long hours doing detailed methodical data entry and cross checking.
Team Member:
Work with co-workers in a proactive way to ensure the team meets critical goals and deadlines. Open sharing of knowledge to help optimize the team?s effectiveness.
Manage Multiple Tasks: Ability to shift priorities quickly and work on several projects at once to accomplish team goals.
Education:
A bachelor?s degree is required. Degrees in computer science, math, finance, accounting, statistics or engineering are preferred.
