Billing Manager / Sr. Accountant Job Opening in Fort Lee, New jersey - Summary/Objective
Global import and distribution Company in the flooring industry, which has been in business for over 90 years, located in Fort Lee, NJ seeks a Manager of Product Billing for all hotel, casino and purchasing agent orders, capable of preparing proforma invoices, invoicing, understanding of material logistics, and knowledge of cost accounting with strong analytic skills.
Essential Functions
Process orders to mills from purchase orders, produce proforma invoices and ensure timely billing of each job
Logistics oversight
Credit oversight
Monitor past due invoices from customers
Job cost analyses

Minimum five (5) year?s comparable experience

This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Bachelor?s degree or comparable education
Cost accounting experience
Excellent Excel Skills
