Real Estate Accountant Job Opening in Voorhees, New jersey - A South Jersey investment company is looking for an accountant to support a growing real estate division. The idea candidate will be precise, detail oriented and focused on quantitative analysis. A background in statistics, accounting or mathematics is a plus as is real estate experience. A robust proficiency in Excel is a requirement.
Job functions will include the management and reconciliation of dozens of simultaneous real estate transactions, the generation and analysis of various financial reports pertaining to the ongoing management of a large real estate portfolio and ad hoc analytic research projects among other minor responsibilities.
