Office Manager/ Bookeeper Job Opening in Egg Harbor Township, New jersey - Cygnus Creative Arts Centre is a non-profit arts agency located at 5045 English Creek Avenue (EHT Community Center) in Egg Harbor Township. Cygnus is seeking a reliable, people oriented, energetic individual who has experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Books, accounting and other data based software programs. Responsibilities include: budget entries, registration for classes, and collection of tuition fees, bank deposits, and handle all everyday office functions. Great communication skills and an interest in working in an Arts' environment is a plus. This individual works directly with the Artistic Director. The hours of work are 3:00pm-8:00pm Monday through Thursday. The hourly rate is contingent on experience.
