Nursing Scheduler Job Opening in New Canaan, Connecticut - General Statement of Duties:
Provides staffing and scheduling for the growing homecare division of licensed and unlicensed staff. Manages time, attendance and payroll.
Completes and posts monthly schedule for licensed and unlicensed staff and agency personnel, assuring proper number and skill mix of staff as required.
Maintains time and attendance records for related staff.
Prepares payroll information.
Supports and promotes the organization team spirit.
Professional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency
HomeCare scheduling and/or payroll experience preferred
Able to provide both private and Medicare case scheduling
Ability to work under pressure
CNA preferred
