Qualifications
1-2 years customer service or sales experience
Excellent communications skills, orally and in writing
Basic computer skills and knowledge of common business applications
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and computer systems
Basic knowledge of various cellular device operating systems
A High School Degree or GED required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Employee must be able to work at least 35 hours per week
Candidates with open schedules are strongly preferred
