Experienced B2B Sales Executive Job Opening in Saint George, Utah - RSE - Regional Sales Executive
We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to join our team. A successful RSE must have superior business development and business management skills. They should be able to demonstrate proficiency in new sales and territory management. A depth of experience in a variety of applicable sales methods and closing ability is required. This individual must understand and articulate our strategy and vision to a variety of audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years? experience or more working in either consulting sales, client/project management, high-end professional services business OR relevant management combined with a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated track record exceeding yearly services quota targets of $1M or greater is required.

Territory Management: Develop and sustain a business plan to gain access and exceed quota that includes: direct marketing and canvassing; creating alliances with consultancies influencing vendor selection and/or engaged in the integration of tax automation projects; and building territory plans that lead to services growth, specific opportunities and coordinate with marketing plans.
Relationship Management: Determine key targets within territory and develop relationships within the organizations to drive new growth. Broadening and deepening relationships and understanding the customer, the industry, and the competition. Build relationships with and leverage internal consultants and staff to identify new opportunities with companies or industries. The candidate should have examples where they have sold to mid-level and C-Level executives.
Opportunity Management: Managing opportunities through the sales stages in the sales process: prospect, qualify, solution, close, follow-up activities and contracts within designated CRM. Own the sales cycle for opportunities end-to-end and involve delivery management proactively in complex deals. Maintain and report weekly on opportunity metrics.

Qualifications
University/college degree required, equivalent experience may be considered depending on
7+ years demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
Professional attitude and strong sales orientation.
Ability to overcome objections and follow-up to close sales.
Effective analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Knowledge of SalesforceIQ or preferred
What we offer
Salary: $60,000 annual base salary plus commission & bonus (Up to $150k per year potential).

Shift: Day, 8am - 5pm, M-F
