Timely customer account billing
Being able to solve customer invoice questions & problems
Understanding accounting concepts
Maintaining accounts receivable
Collections, with a customer conscious approach
Answering phones with a professional & pleasant phone manner
Understanding written & verbal communication
Being self motivated
Ability to follow tasks through to completion
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Reconcile all daily route sheets
Process monthly invoice
