Director of On-Line Marketing Job Opening in los angeles, California - Director of On-Line Marketing Are you obsessed by acquiring customers via online and mobile? Have you driven successful on-line customer acquisition programs? Do you find playing on-line marketing mix (google adWords, SEO/SEM, facebook, twitter, etc.) oddly intriguing? We have recently moved from private beta into public beta and are ready to take our customer acquisition plans to the next level. This position is full-time, with benefits, stock options, a competitive salary, and a high degree of autonomy. You will report to the CMO and will be empowered to make things happen. Responsibilities: - Drive plan via online, social marketing, mobile channels
- Build the user base for our products using paid and organic efforts - Google AdWords, SEO/SEM, display, facebook, twitter, etc. - Ensure that the end-to-end user experience is SEO friendly - Develop and maintain KPIs to track and measure campaign effectiveness
- Apply industry research and internal data to drive marketing and innovation - Ensure consistent message and branding across all acquisition channels
Qualifications: - 5-7 years of online marketing experience and bachelors degree
- Deep focus on campaign performance metrics across multiple channels
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing plans
- Experience with SEO/SEM, social, and mobile marketing tools and programs - Experience with iPhone, Android, and iPad app marketplaces - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
