This position will require strong experience in performing and managing aspects of accounting such as Financial Statements, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. This candidate will be personable, flexible, extremely detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to effectively communicate with other employees to efficiently manage workflow. CPA certification would be a plus.
As the Accounting Professional, you will apply your skills in the following duties:
Use general accounting practices to maintain organizational finances
Bank reconciliations, adjustments journal entries into the General Ledger
Manage accounts receivables, accounts payables, cash reporting
Process payroll
Assist CPA in the reconciliation, preparation of reports and payments of sales tax and payroll.
Performs Fixed Asset Reconciliation and Tracking activities.
Performs other administrative duties (answering telephones, etc.)

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting.
Three to five years? experience.
MAS 90 or QuickBooks Enterprise (preferred).
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
