Senior Accountant Job Opening in Alhambra, California - Senior Accountant sought for a fast-growing San Gabriel based international business. Senior Accountant will perform all day-to day accounting including, but not limited to the following:
Accounts payable: vendor invoice processing, reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of open items;
Accounts receivable: cash receipts entries, reconciliation of customer account balance and follow-up, customer invoicing;
Other account reconciliations and analyses
Full G/L maintenance
Financial Statement preparation
Filing and records organization
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Attention to detail and solid communication skills required. Able to work in fast paced work environment and prioritize and organize work load. Understanding of GAAP needed. B.S. of B.A. in Business Administration - Accounting preferred.
