Staffmark, in partnership with a leading provider of performance and safety related products for fleet vehicle manufacturers and operators, is hiring an accounts payable clerk for their warehouse office in Belton, MO.
This is a temp to hire full time position. Pay rate will be $14-$16 per hour depending on experience.
As an Accounts Payable Clerk in this fast-paced warehouse, your day will consist of providing the following services and responsibilities:
Review and verify invoices and check requests
Set invoices up for payment
Sort, code, and match invoices
Enter and upload invoice into system
Track expenses and process expense reports
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Provide supporting documentation for audits
