Financial Accounting Analyst Job Opening in West Palm Beach, Florida - Responsibilities include:
Regional Product Costing
Park Journal entries
Participate in month-end closing activities: Execute month end close journal entries, analyses inter-companies, and run/distribute reports (Statements and management reports).
Reconcile balance sheets accounts, including prepaid and accrual accounts, GR-IR, trade A/R and A/P, and other receivables and liabilities
Reconcile Intercompany and identify the root cause of imbalance and next steps.
Book payroll expense and reconcile payroll withholding accounts, run various analytical payroll reports
Consolidate the monthly exchange rate variation report for the region
Perform journal entries and accruals as necessary.
Review proper account classification on documents
Perform general financial analysis and prepare various analytical and operating reports
Archive control of invoices, pay slips, contracts, expense reports, and other relevant documents
Execute the regional product costing working with the operations team.
Assist with OEM Master Data issue resolution
Job qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SAP - Records to Reports and Costing modules.
