Enter A/P and A/R in QuickBooks
Verify all A/P with quoted, estimated total cost and unit cost
Verify all A/R with project invoicing and estimated income
Maintain files for all construction vendors and projects
Prepare and monitor Payment Applications, Bank deposits and mail
Monitor Bank Reconciliations, Payroll Deposits, Fed and State Tax payments
Maintain accurate records, keeping both electronic and hard copies for the filing system and software
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure all invoices and payments are received, processed, paid, and recorded in a timely fashion
