JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees all joint venture activities
Directs financial strategy, planning and forecast; conferring with President, VP of sales and department heads
Supervises investment and raising of funds for business.
Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company growth.
Responsible for development, implementation and administration of financial, accounting and MIS polies and procedures ot coincide with directives from the President and assist the operational managers by providing the necessary resources to optimize their effectiveness.
Education and Work Experience
CPA
Five years experience in high level accounting or finance position
