Sales Support Key Accounts Coordinator Job Opening in Mansfield, Massachusetts - Rolf C. Hagen (USA) Corp. a major manufacturer in the pet industry is in search of a Sales Support Key Accounts Coordinator for its Mansfield, MA location.
The Sales Support Key Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Key Account team and Vice President of Sales with various sales projects including flow of information, reporting, communication and overall support. Must maintain and develop strong relationships with both established and potential key accounts as well as internal departments within Hagen.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate support for the key account team including
Product Samples, Product Information and Product Images
Detailed Set-up information for new items
General Sales * Coordinate on-line activity and content management
Support on-line partners with vendor managed content. Keep partner sites up to date and constantly refine data and images (E-Com). * Assist key accounts team with new store openings by coordinating set up schedules with sales representatives, coordinate initial stocking orders, , demo requests, product give-aways, and miscellaneous correspondence with corporate office.
Coordinate competitive product analysis on new products and product bids.
Coordinate key account team mailings and sample orders.
In collaboration with the Marketing department assist with coordination of key account trade shows including processing sign up forms, creating order forms, plan-o-grams, end-caps, reservations and miscellaneous follow-up.
Provide administrative support including generating reports and processing quarterly invoices for Key Accounts and the Vice President of Sales.
Maintain pricing records (Dealer, Distribution & ECom)
Coordinate all new account set-up and complete appropriate paperwork.
Track promotional spend and ensure all forms are completed in a timely manner.
Experience:
Must be energetic, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills required.
EDI experience preferred.
Sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment preferred.
Detail oriented with strong project management skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization (internal/external).
Clear and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Comfortable with change of priorities.

Salary: $39,500.00 to $42,000.00 /year
