This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter with proven sales/leasing experience, looking to join an enthusiastic and collaborative powerhouse commercial real estate team.
You will use your sales skills and initiative to develop sales leads, cold calls, and referral opportunities throughout the portfolio, focusing on our Beverly properties. Build your personal image while networking among the brokerage community, establishing relationships with clients, and negotiating and preparing lease documents.
