Automotive Service Advisor Job Opening in Lake Charles, Louisiana - We are currently seeking an experienced full time Automotive Service Advisor.
Daily Responsibilities:
Interact with Service Customers personally and by phone through repair process
Prepare the Repair Order, estimate and final billing
Interact with the technicians on your team
Place and return telephone calls from Service Customers
Problem solve
Work on your own and in a team environment
Work well with others
Required Experience and Knowledge:
2-5 years of automotive service writing experience
Outstanding customer service communication skills
Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
Valid driver?s license
Clean motor vehicle record
Organizational and time management skills
Reynolds & Reynolds experience
Fiat/Chrysler experience is a plus!
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
Must be able to handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Benefits:
Full time position ? (6:45 am - 6 pm M-F and every 3rd Saturday from 7:45-12)
