Performs administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; and customer relations. Also, responsible for data entry, accounts payable, certain aspects of payroll and human resources. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
Qualifications
Two or four-year degree in business administration, healthcare management, or human resources; experience may substitute college degree. Skills in leadership, organization, critical thinking and project coordination. A pleasant and friendly personality is critical in this position. Other interpersonal skills such as patience, tact and the ability to maintain composure are also valuable. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong internet research skills, presentation skills and knowledgeable in software applications, spreadsheets and word processing. The ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week is crucial.
