Direct Hire Position!
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. Assist with complaints, orders, Quotes, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
Responsibilities of the Inside Sales
Review customer documentation for accuracy and completeness
Interface with internal and external customers to effectively resolve documentation, quality and production issues.
Generate turnkey quotations, including labor, material costs, terms & conditions and lead times for ACHE and PHE Models. This includes, plates, gaskets, finned tubes louvers and structures.
Prepares standard routings for the quoted items and communicates any special instructions required to complete the job
Source and negotiate pricing and delivery from sub-suppliers during quotation stage.
Work closely with the order entry team to ensure orders are processed as intended
Negotiate with customer to obtain order while focusing on company profitability and ability to deliver on time within quotation constraints.
Enter and Process change orders to existing PO's.
Interact with RSM's and Manufacturer Representatives to deliver a world class service experience.
Work with vendor to determine the best possible lead time to meet the customers' expectations
Review all new PO's and determine if they match the quote. If they do not ensure the PO or the quote is updated with the correct information prior to releasing to operations.
Review and submit service (field and shop) final reports to the customer.
Provide technical support to customers and manufacturers' representatives.
Create all Recommended Spare Parts Lists included in the Final Data Books submitted to customers for ACHE orders
Create job book and network files for new orders for replacement bundles; includes writing up engineering notes, costing sheets, and data sheets for ACHE orders
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Set up new customer accounts
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Assist the accounting department with collection issues as needed
Troubleshoot customer requests and file when necessary
Ensure all Quotes are processed and acknowledged in a timely fashion
Ensure all quotes are detailed and accurate.
Represent the company to customers in a manner with a
Willingness to assist with client's wants/needs

Requirements of the Inside Sales
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Experience in the PHE or ACHE service industry
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Problem Solving/Analysis
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Compensation of the Inside Sales
Starting salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience
