Requirements: Must have prior audit experience specific to Construction Audit. Ideally, we seek a candidate with 4-7 years of Internal Audit experience, some of which involving prior Construction Audit experience. Must be knowledgeable with all phases of the Construction audit lifecycle. High degree of proficiency in interpreting contract language and auditing progress payments. Auditor will work as part of a larger engagement team. If you would like to be considered for this position, you must be extremely detailed oriented and have excellent analytical ability. Must be articulate, be able to convey findings in a clear and concise manner, work efficiently, and be able to take direction. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required. Auditor will interact with various levels of client management, engineers, subcontractors and architects.
