Administrative Assistant Job Opening in New York, New york - Preparing of expense reports for auditing and invoicing purposes.
Assisting with daily administrative tasks regarding overall office management, organizing the office schedule and office activities, managing the office calendar.
Manage the CEO?s calendar and schedule of activities.
Organizing and coordinating all program calendar invites, ensuring all necessary reading materials and agendas are included.
Maintaining and updating files, both hard copy and electronic.
Recommending purchase of materials or resources needed for office staff or participants.
Reviewing and correcting typed material to ensure correct spelling, punctuation and proper format.
Responding to routine telephone calls and referring calls, visitors and guests to the appropriate staff.
Performing basic word processing assignments as needed using a personal computer, word processing equipment or another automated office equipment.
Ability to manage social media accounts.
Ability to research grant opportunities; assist in grant applications
Research and gain knowledge of relevant community activities for organizational involvement.
Excellent communication, planning, organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Requires some evening hours and occasional weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 to $42,000.00 /year
