POSITION SUMMARY:
Harbar, LLC is looking for an Office Coordinator who can create a more productive work environment while ensuring that our stakeholders get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detailed-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, as well as a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic. This position requires 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide front desk support to customers and guests
Greet visitors and provide information as asked
Answer telephone and take messages as needed
Distribute mails to appropriate stakeholders
Coordinate and plan meetings and corporate events
Provide excellent customer service
Keep conference rooms and office area clean and organized
Maintain the stock levels of office and break room supplies and place an order
Provide professional support to owners
Assist controller with accounting projects
Support AP/AR as needed
Be proactive in learning the company and its business to better serve the stakeholders
Be proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities for improvements
Resolve any challenges or issues in a timely manner
Communicate with internal stakeholders in writing or verbally as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Proficient with typing and technology
Be a self-starter and be able to work independently
Must have a strong work ethic

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of Office Coordinator experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience with QuickBooks
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
