EXPERIENCED Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Bridgewater, Massachusetts - ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING CLERK LOOKING FOR A BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITY?
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounting Clerk to start ASAP. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters located in Bridgewater MA.
Duties include but not limited to: Billing clients on a monthly and biweekly basis, Assist in Accounts Receivable collections, Manage statistical data (miles and driver routes), Maintain accounting files, Assist in general ledger account reconciliations, Assist in bank account reconciliations, Assist in month end closing must be very comfortable working with Quickbooks (testing to be done during the interviewing process). In addition to the above duties, the clerk must have a ?team work? attitude and be able to work with other departments in solving any billing discrepancies.
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (Quickbooks)
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry and word processing skills
Well organized
High school degree
Associate?s degree or relevant certification is a plus
