Medicare Sales Representative - temp Job Opening in Reno, Nevada - Job Summary: The Seasonal Medicare Sales Representative (SMSR) is responsible for attaining sales goals by enrolling and retaining Medicare beneficiaries. Sales representative will market through a variety of field marketing, provider development, presentations, telephone sales and in home presentations to potential Medicare beneficiaries. The position involves travel throughout assigned territory.
Regulatory Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the sales and marketing field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience in healthcare, insurance sales, client management and servicing customers. Ability to apply state and federal insurance laws and legislation and Prominence Health Plan?s business processes to everyday circumstances needed. * Experience in Medicare sales preferred. * BA/BS degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Must maintain a state Life and Health Insurance license. * Requires a valid driver?s license.
Language Skills : * Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Skills: * Excellent computer skills.
