As you may have read, there has been huge news in the oil industry the past few weeks. This creating one of the best ground to cultivate new talent and grow our company into it's next level. With Trump taking office (love or hate him) it has big news and carries a positive influence for this sector. Trump appointed the CEO of the largest oil company to his cabinet. Trump decision on who will head the EPA was also a major ground breaking influence for us. With his approval of the pipeline, we are already seeing a tremendous growth spurt with no vision of it ending in the next 8 years.
The position :
> > > Hornet Corp is currently seeking a dynamic team player for our inside sales, closer and project coordinator openings. This position may only be worked from our home office in Hendersonville, TN. Ideally located in a 75 mile radius of our office. Hornet Corp. offers an attractive pay structure commensurate with experience, as well as excellent benefits and highly motivated and exceptionally talented workforce.
This position will work in a team environment and will be responsible for the execution of developing potential accredited investors leads into prospects in the Oil industry. This is done by promoting the company?s projects and cultivating relationships with potential prospects, strategic partners and key accounts.
Job summary:
Identifying prospects, building relationships of trust with customers and employees, and providing key information to new prospects to further expand growth
Maximize prospect base by sending out requested information to the qualified prospects
Manage the cycle from initial contact to close.
Research market, stay up to date on Oil prices and news.
Promote the company brand accordingly
Manage and retain key accounts and strategic partnerships and find new ways to generate business from existing sales accounts
Ensure that the preparation of proposals and contracts accurately and simultaneously meet both the customer needs and the company objectives (Closers Only)
Establish and maintain self sales operation plan and forecasts for
Participate in formulating sales and marketing strategies and recommend set of targets and priorities w/ upper management

Demonstrated success in developing territories
Possesses strong presentation and negotiation skills
Able to travel to meet customers and attend trade shows (Not mandatory)
Capable of handling multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Physical effort and dexterity
Regular use of a computer keyboard and phone is required
Employee regularly sits, stands and walks for a number of hours per day
Visual acuity, hearing and speaking
Employee is regularly required to speak and hear clearly, both in person and by telephone
Regularly utilizes written and oral communication skills
Requires ability to read and interpret information and documents
Performs detailed work on multiple concurrent projects
Environment and scheduling
Must be able to work overtime or weekends periodically as business needs require
Must be able to work under deadlines and be accountable to timing as business requires.
Position requires interacting with management, internal peers, client, partners and outside technical experts. Be able to build a rapport with others in the company.
Compensation
Salary is discussed at time of interview. Range $30,000.00min - $80,000.00max
Generous bonus structure
Required
Have the ability to obtain a Series 63 (company covers this cost)
Valid drivers license
Legally able to work in the US
Reliable transportation
