Eye Bank Manager Job Opening in Buffalo, New york - This is a full time, exempt position. The schedule will consist of mostly standard hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm; however a handful of after hour responsibilities will also be part of the requirement on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all clinical activities related to the daily operation of the eye bank including, but not limited to, overall supervision of staff, the execution of all employee trainings and re-certifications, the maintenance and quality control of the eye bank Standard Operating Procedures Manual, as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and EBAA standards.
Qualifications:
Associates degree required;Bachelors degree in healthcare or Life Sciences highly preferred.
Certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) certification required.
Eye banking experience required.

Organized and detail oriented with strong skills in team-based approach to management.
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills required.
Valid driver?s license required.
