Requirements:
Motorcycle Endorsement and Active Riders Required
1+ years sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Must pass drug test and have satisfactory criminal and DMV screening
Must be able to lift and push motorcycles each day
You will be moving bikes in and out of the retail store often. Motorcycles can weigh up to 800 lbs.

Job Duties:
Maintain a positive attitude and carry out tasks professionally.
Sell new and used motorcycles.
Organize and track all traffic, prepare appropriate documentation, and perform pre-delivery procedures.
Be reliable, committed to the process, and have positive attitude.
Properly introduce customers to Parts, MotorClothes, and Service department individuals.
Assist in maintaining the upkeep of the dealership helping to keep it a clean and inviting establishment.
Learn and maintain an in depth knowledge of the product that you sell.
Have a working knowledge of current new and used inventory.
Attend training sessions to keep current with product and process changes.
Maintain and keep current customer information in computer system.
Effectively log and track all customers utilizing the paper log, daily worksheets, and system for potential prospect and follow-up sales.
Learn company policies and maintain compliance throughout all processes.
Actively pursue sales leads using all components of the funnel.
35-45K (hourly+commission based position!)
